At Funky Budda we offer a 30 day refund policy, ONLY if the item you have received is faulty, or is damaged. (or product recalled)
If the date has exceeded the 30 days, unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.
An email must be sent to email@example.com stating your reason for return. It must be unused, and in the same condition it was received in. It must be in the original packaging, and must sent via tracked shipping service – for your protection.
Several categories of goods are exempt from being returned and refunded. This includes:
-Perishable goods i.e foods and flowers.
-Newspapers and magazines
-Software and downloaded material
-CD’s, DVD’s, video games and vinyl records.
-For hygiene reasons, we do not refund intimate or sanitary goods, including some health products
-For safety reasons, we also do not refund flammable products, hazardous materials and gases.
-Any item that has been returned later than 30 days after delivery.
Once your parcel has been received, it will be inspected and a decision will be made if a refund can be issued. An email will be sent to you for confirmation.
If your refund has been accepted, then it will be processed back onto the card you placed your order with as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
