What happens to your information?

When you purchase from our store, as part of the buying / selling process, we need to collect some personal information from you. This is usually a name, email address, phone number, and address. There are optional fields you can fill in if you wish.

As part of our analytics, we collect information such as your IP address, this provides us with inforamtion such as which browser you use, and which operating system. This can help us to improve our store in the future.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. you can opt in or out of this at any time.


When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you are consenting to us collecting it, and using it solely for the purpose it was collected for only.

WooCommerce and Ezusy and payment gatewatys

Our store is run through Woocommerce and Ezusy plugins for wordpress. These plugins enable us to provide our eCommerce functionality and platform.

We do not accept payments through BAC’s or directly to us. We use secure payment gateways such Paypal, Stripe, WorldPay etc.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
